  Scheme type- Central Sector Scheme  Launch Date- 24th Feb, 2019. The Scheme is implemented by D/o Agriculture and Farmer Welfare. Aim:- Providing financial assistance to cultivable landholding farmer families to enable them to take care of agriculture and allied related expenses as well as domestic needs. Benefit: An amount of Rs. 6000/- is transferred annually in three equal installments of Rs.2000/- directly into the Aadhaar seeded bank accounts of the farmers through DBT.   Answer-  James Rennel James Rennel was an English Historian, Geographer and Oceanographer. He is called as the  Father of oceanography.
